Overview

Give attention somewhere useful to go

An ad has to make the offer clear and the next step worthwhile. We consider what people see in their feed, where the ad sends them and how your business handles the response. That might mean product sales, bookings or enquiries your team can turn into work.

Questions we help answer

  • Does the ad make the offer easy to understand?
  • Do you have the images or video the campaign needs?
  • Are enquiries a good fit for your business?
  • Can you connect ad spend to bookings or sales?

The problem

Attention is only the beginning

An offer people scroll past

Even a polished ad needs a clear reason to care. If the offer is hard to understand or the next step asks too much, attention can disappear before the business gets a chance.

Cheap leads that go quiet

A low cost per lead can look encouraging while your team struggles to reach anyone. Relevance, follow-up and actual bookings matter alongside the number of forms submitted.

Creative left to the last minute

Campaigns need usable images, video and copy. Agreeing what is needed and who will provide it upfront prevents the work from stalling when the account is ready to run.

Creative and campaigns

Know what goes into the ad

Creative is part of the scope conversation from the start. We agree the assets, responsibilities and costs before promising a launch date.

01

The content you already have

We review your existing images, video and brand material, then identify what is suitable for the proposed campaign and what is missing.

02

The content you will need

We set out any new images, video or design required and agree who will produce it. Production is scoped and priced separately when needed.

03

A clear approval process

You know what needs your sign-off and when. Claims, offers and brand details are checked with your team before an ad is published.

What you get

One conversation about the ad and the outcome

We review your offer, existing content and the action you want people to take. Before starting, we agree campaign management, creative responsibilities, tracking, approvals and costs. You retain your ad accounts and approve the media budget. Your specialist keeps you informed about delivery and results, including what your enquiry or sales data can actually establish.

Selective by design

We review the fit and our capacity before accepting work. The person responsible for your engagement has time to understand your offer, customers and priorities.

No competing clients

We check your services, customers and service area for conflicts. We do not take on two businesses directly competing in the same market.

No lock-in contracts

Ongoing engagements are month to month. The scope, fee and terms are agreed before work begins, so you know what you are committing to.

The work

Facebook and Instagram advertising, managed together

  • Campaign planning around your offer and customer goals
  • Facebook and Instagram campaign setup and ongoing management
  • Ad copy and creative direction within an agreed scope
  • Requirements for images, video and client approvals set out upfront
  • Tracking and landing-page recommendations for the agreed customer action
  • Reporting on spend, relevant enquiries and available sales outcomes

FAQ

Before you start Meta ads

Talk to a specialist
01Does Meta advertising include Facebook and Instagram?

Yes. We manage Facebook and Instagram advertising within an agreed Meta Ads scope. The placements and formats depend on the campaign, the available creative and the action you want customers to take.

02Do you create the images and videos for the ads?

We agree creative responsibilities before starting. That includes reviewing existing assets, identifying any new content needed and deciding who produces it. Ad copy and creative direction can be part of the management scope; photography, filming and additional design are separately scoped and priced when required.

03Can you work with content we already have?

Yes. Share your existing photos, videos and brand material so we can assess what suits the campaign. If new content is needed, we explain the requirements and agree how it will be supplied before launch.

04How much does Meta ads management cost?

We agree a management fee based on the campaigns and work involved. Your advertising budget is paid to Meta separately. Any additional creative production is also scoped and priced clearly, so you can see the full commitment before deciding.

05Do Meta ads work for service businesses as well as online shops?

They can support both. For services, the goal may be relevant enquiries or bookings; for online shops, it may be product sales. Whether the channel is a good fit depends on the offer, customer demand, margins and the resources available to handle the response.

06How do you measure lead quality?

We ask for feedback on whether enquiries were relevant, contactable and became customers. Where tracking allows it, we review bookings or sales alongside the ad platform's figures. A submitted lead is not automatically counted as a paying customer.

07Can you take over campaigns that are already running?

Yes. We review the account history, creative and tracking before agreeing the handover. You retain your accounts and grant the access needed for the work. Existing results help establish the starting point, but do not guarantee future performance.

08Is this also social media account management?

This service covers paid advertising. Regular organic posting, community replies and day-to-day profile management are not included unless separately agreed. The proposal makes the responsibilities clear.

09Can you manage Meta ads and Google Ads together?

Yes. We can agree a scope across both or work alongside an existing Google Ads team. We discuss the role and budget for each channel in the context of your business, rather than assuming both are needed.

10Do you require a long-term contract?

Ongoing management is month to month. You retain your advertising accounts and approve media budgets. We agree the scope and terms upfront and do not work with two directly competing clients in the same market.
